Tina Chambers & Abigail Warren – Pressure Ulcer Reporting Workshop

This workshop will be facilitated by Tina Chambers (Vice Chair of the Tissue Viability Society) with the support of Abigail Warren (National Programme manager for Safety Thermometer), Kate Cheema (specialist information analyst from the quality observatory) and Ailsa Brotherton /Lyn McIntyre.

During this short workshop we will work in small groups to identify the issues we are have with the reporting of pressure ulcers, followed by a short presentation and discussion to address those issues in relation to the Safety Thermometer. We will conclude by identifying those issues that need to be taken forward and the next actions required.

Abigail Warren, Kate Cheema and Ailsa Brotherton /Lyn McIntyre will be available on the TVS stand over the lunch period to answer any questions.

In order to make best use of this time it is essential that those attending come prepared with your specific issues and concerns and have read the FAQ document on issues in relation to the Safety thermometer.
