During the EWMA 2015 conference in London, undergraduate students are invited to attend a special session that introduces the basic principles of the assessment and management of wounds.
The special session will take place on Wednesday 13 May, 3.30–4.30pm and is intended to be a unique introduction to the field of pressure ulcers, diabetic foot and wound management, both on a national and international level.
Representatives from the TVS and EWMA will attend the session, and there will be a presentation on career opportunities and specific issues within the field of wound management. Students’ participation is free of charge and in addition students are welcome to participate in the conference for the whole day on Wednesday 13th May.This session received very positive feedback from Danish and Spanish students who attended the Student Sessions at EWMA 2013 in Copenhagen and 2014 in Madrid.
