National Audit of Unstageable/Ungradeable Pressure Ulcers to be launched at TVS Conference

Although there is much discussion around unstageable pressure ulcers and how they should be recorded, there is actually very little evidence around their outcomes. The Tissue Viability Society is launching a national audit to monitor the outcomes for unstageable pressure ulcers at The Conference 2014 in York. It is hoped that TVNs from across the UK will participate in order to collate information that will be clinically valuable. If everyone was able to contribute data on one or two patients we would gain a wealth of knowledge which could transform the way we record and manage these pressure ulcers.

If you are interested in participating then please click on the Unstageable/Ungradeable Project in the drop down menu under Our Activities at the top of this page and fill in an Expression of Interest form. Once the audit is live you will be sent an email with the relevant link to register for the audit.
