Prof Chetter is an NIHR Senior Investigator and sits on the NIHR HTA prioritisation committee.

He Chairs the Research Committee and the Wounds Special Interest Group of the Vascular Society of Great Britain and Ireland.

He is Chief Investigator for the SWHSI2 trial – a randomised controlled trial of NPWT for open surgical wounds
