Ines A. E. Sadoc Pereira
Ines has been a nurse for over 16 years, specialising in Critical Care and, since 2018, in Tissue Viability.
She started her career in Portugal as a staff nurse in a neurosurgery critical care unit and moved to London in 2014. She has also worked in the UAE and last December moved to Aberdeen, Scotland, to continue her role development and become a Nurse Consultant in Tissue Viability.
Besides her clinical role, she also has an interest in Education, so she has been supporting London South Bank University, for over 2 years, educating pre and post reg. students in Adult Nursing, with a focus on Wound Care.
She has presented her work in both areas, in national conferences and webinars, and her latest achievement has been to conclude a Master’s in Science at Hertfordshire University.
Ines wishes to continue further studies to develop her research skills, and to continue to inspire others to create a more sustainable future for patients and staff within the context of wound care.
