STOP the Pressure Week 13-17 November 2023
The Society is once again collaborating with The National Wound Care Strategy Programme (NWCSP) and all #4nations for STOP the Pressure week with representatives from England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We are extremely excited about this collaborative campaign 🙂
Planning is underway, keep visiting this page to see details of our activities
Our theme for the week
‘Every contact counts’
We see this in the following way
- Every contact with a clinician, healthcare professional or carer can help prevent pressure ulcers
- Every contact with a bed, chair or other surface can help prevent pressure ulcers
- Every contact with leaders in healthcare can help prevent pressure ulcers
- Every contact on social media or traditional media can help prevent pressure ulcers
