The 25th Conference of the European Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel (EPUAP) will take place 24-26 September 2025 in Helsinki, Finland.

The conference is the leading European event on pressure ulcer prevention and treatment for delegates from all over the world and this year’s conference theme is Care pathways in prevention and management of pressure ulcers.

Funded places from the Society of Tissue Viability

We are delighted to offer 2 funded places to Society members to the EPUAP 2025 conference.

Each place includes £1,000 towards registration, travel and accommodation so it’s a fantastic opportunity!

In order to be considered, applications must be received by Monday 14 July 2025 – winners to be advised Friday 18 July 2025.

Terms and conditions

• EPUAP funded places are available to Society of Tissue Viability members and priority is given to healthcare professionals and those undertaking a PhD who have had an abstract accepted by the EPUAP conference.
• Recipients of funded places are required to attend the conference in its entirety and to submit a brief daily blog on their conference experience. Failure to attend without prior notification may result in ineligibility for future funding opportunities
• Society of Tissue Viability Conference funded places are available to Society of Tissue Viability members who are practicing UK healthcare professionals
• If your primary role is working in industry, you are not eligible for any of our funded place or travel and accommodation opportunities
• The amount granted is non-negotiable and is to be used towards conference registration, travel and accommodation only. The grant is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged into monetary value or similar
• Interested applicants must submit a completed application form by the specified deadline. Applications will be reviewed by the selection committee, and successful candidates will be notified via email
• In the event of the funded place recipient cancelling, they must inform the Society of Tissue Viability as soon as possible at support@societyoftissueviability.org. Refunds for any pre-paid expenses will be subject to the Society’s cancellation policy
• The Society of Tissue Viability reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Funded place recipients will be notified of any significant changes
