This innovation fund aims to support healthcare providers to improve outcomes for patients living with chronic wounds by enabling the adoption at scale of digital wound management programmes in community nursing services.

Overview

The £250,000 innovation fund will improve access to a digital enabler for community nursing teams which have not yet launched a digital wound management programme, by reducing the cost of innovation to a minimum for successful applicants
