Working with our Corporate Partners to share knowledge and ideas is another way we can build a community of people who are passionate about skin health and wound healing. In addition to all of the lectures, debates and discussions, this year we are running a series of interactive, hands-on sponsored workshops. The workshops proved extremely popular in 2023, with many being fully booked with waiting lists!

We are delighted to offer our industry partners the opportunity to sponsor these workshops and here is more information…

• Workshop 1 – LIVE Wound moulage, assessment and wound bed preparation using the T.I.M.E CDST tool – 1 hour each session
• Workshop 2 – Tips and Tricks with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy – getting your confidence back – 5 hours each session
• Workshop 3 – Don’t forget the toes – 5 hours each session

Overview of each Workshop

Workshop 1

Simulating a real patient case and live wound moulage this session will demonstrate assessment and wound bed preparation working through the T.I.M.E principles. Maximum of 40 attendees and the opportunity for 4 companies to provide ‘station’ to discuss appropriate use of products etc based on assessment

Workshop 2

Session on NPWT, including mode of action, uses etc. Maximum of 30 attendees and the opportunity for 3 companies to provide a ‘station’ focussing on specific areas including tips for fistula management, bridging techniques and gaining a seal in awkward places

Workshop 3

Session covering TBPI including why, when and how and effective management of toe and foot oedema. Maximum of 30 attendees and the opportunity for 3 companies to provide ‘stations’ focussing on TBPI practical, toe bandaging techniques and a foot bandaging.

What’s included?

• You will have the opportunity to provide your products for use in the hands-on demonstrations
• You can have a table-top exhibition area in the room with one banner stand, literature, samples or promotional items
• Up to 3 of your company representatives can attend the sessions where there will be plenty of opportunity to chat with the delegates

What’s not included

• The content of the session will be determined by the clinicians leading the session although we would be happy to share it with you when it is finalised
• The presenting clinicians will not promote the use of a particular brand or product – they will remain independent and unbiased

Cost

Costs are based on sponsoring the workshop on both days

Terms & conditions

• Payment – an invoice will be issued on receipt of the booking form and payment is due 30 days from the date of the invoice
• Cancellation – If, at any time after booking a workshop, the sponsor cancels, the following costs will be incurred:
• 3 months prior to the event, the organiser will refund 50% of the total cost
• If cancellation occurs within one month of the start of the event, no refund will be given
