Working with our Corporate Partners to share knowledge and ideas is another way we can build a community of people who are passionate about skin health and wound healing. In addition to all of the lectures, debates and discussions, this year we are running a series of interactive, hands-on sponsored workshops. We are delighted to offer our industry partners the opportunity to sponsor these workshops. This is NEW for the Society and we expect the workshops will be very popular with around 30-40 delegates attending each one. The workshops are on the following topics:

• Advanced bandaging skills x 2 – 1.5hrs each session – BOTH SESSIONS BOOKED
• Vascular Assessment x 2 – 1hrs each session – BOTH SESSIONS BOOKED
• Debridement x 2 – 1.5hrs each session – BOTH SESSIONS BOOKED

Cost

• The cost is £950 per sponsored workshop, 1 company per workshop, 6 workshops in total, booked on a first come first served basis

What’s included?

• Where appropriate you will have the opportunity to provide your products for use in the hands-on demonstrations
• You can have a tabletop exhibition area in the room with any literature, samples or promotional items
• Up to 3 of your company representatives can attend the sessions. There should be plenty of opportunity to chat with the delegates and a 10-minute break will be included in each session.

What’s not included

• The content of the session will be determined by the clinicians leading the session although we would be happy to share it with you when it is finalised
• Your product may not be the only one in the session depending on the subject matter
• The presenting clinicians will not promote the use of a particular brand or product – they will remain independent and unbiased

Terms & conditions

• Payment – an invoice will be issued on receipt of the booking form and payment is due 30 days from the date of the invoice
• Cancellation – If, at any time after booking a workshop, the sponsor cancels, the following costs will be incurred:
• 3 months prior to the event, the organiser will refund 50% of the total cost
• If cancellation occurs within one month of the start of the event, no refund will be given
