Thanks for choosing to exhibit at the Society of Tissue Viability 2023 Conference. These pages have been compiled to remove pre-exhibition problems and to give you all the information you may need. We look forward to meeting you all in Peterborough!
What we need from you
All stands
Email the following to dawn@pinkatpink.com by 31 March
- Company logo
- Company contact information
- 50 word exhibitor profile
- Question (and answer) about your stand for the Exhibition Competition (the prizes are 2 places on Accelerate’s Sharp Debridement or Leg Ulcer Course)
- Risk assessment
- Public liability insurance certificate
Complete the following by 31 March
- Confirm the wording of your company name for your nameboard – click to order your nameboard from Index – if we don’t receive a form from you, we will use the company name as it appears on your booking form
Space only stands
Email the following to dawn@pinkatpink.com by 31 March
- Details of your stand contractor company
- A copy of your stand plan
Courier collections after the event
Any items to be collected by courier after the event must be collected on Thursday 27 or Friday 28 April latest. Anything left will be disposed of
