Aila joined Barchester in 2022 as a Registered Nurse working in the dementia unit at Atfield House.

She is a Learning and Development Representative at RCN and completed her nursing degree in the Philippines as well as her medical technology degree.

Aila believes that good teamwork is the backbone of the home. She aims to maintain both passion and compassion in supporting her patients whilst prioritising their wellbeing.
