Ailish is a lecturer in the learning disabilities team at Queen University Belfast and is very proud to be a Registered Nurse in Learning Disabilities.

She has worked in various positions and organisations over her career and has been honoured to be involved in the lives of so many people.

Ailish’s areas of interest are Autism, challenging behaviour and restrictive practices and believes we can all make a difference to improve the quality of life for the people we support and their care givers.
