Christina qualified as a registered nurse in 1991 and has held a number of nursing and general management roles, latterly working in a senior leadership role at the commencement of health and social care integration within Scotland.

Returning to professional nursing leadership and quality improvement roles, as Lead Nurse within Argyll and Bute HSCP she is an active member of the Tissue Viability Leadership Group for NHS Highland and chairs the Argyll & Bute HSCP Tissue Viability Improvement Group- groups which support work across both health and social care.

Working as Lead Nurse as part of the national Excellence in Care Team, Christina is keen to see data being used locally by teams to drive improvements in patient care.
