Claire qualified as an RMN in 1995 and started her career as a nurse in the Social Care sector.

She has dedicated her whole professional career to supporting people living with cognitive impairment in social care settings.

Over the last 30 years Claire has held numerous roles in care homes including Clinical Nurse, Head of Community/Unit Lead and Home Manager and has worked at Barchester Healthcare for the past 19 years supporting residents living in the Memory Lane communities and joined Barchester’s Dementia Team 9 years ago.
