Louise is the Quality Improvement and Project Lead for York community services. Her remit includes leading the delivery of the community transformation programme plan as well as offering expert QI hands on support to community clinical teams who are wanting to implement new ways of working – including the implementation of new digital technologies. Qualifying in 1990, Louise started life in the NHS as a physiotherapist with a special interest in neuro rehab, before moving onto a quality improvement role.

Louise has worked at a local, regional, national level on a variety of change projects and specifically at York Trust for the last 15 years.

Louise has a particular interest in the process and behavioural changes required to ensure sustainability of change projects using coaching and leadership models as part of that support
