Wendy works in Cardiff and the Vale University Heath Board as a Lead TVN for primary care for the last 3 years, and prior to this worked as a Community Team Leader. Wendy has also previously worked as a Research Nurse for the Wound Healing Research Team for a number of years.

Wendy is currently Chair of the All Wales Tissue Viability Forum.
