Society of Tissue Viability – FREE Community Healthcare Day

Creating a sustainable future in community wound care: what needs to change?

About

The future of wound care in our communities rests in the hands of those who design and deliver care. Creating a sustainable model should focus on harnessing the potential for healing through interdisciplinary working and person-centred care. This day provides healthcare professionals with an exciting opportunity to learn and engage with a variety of like-minded individuals who share the common aim of working together to solve skin and wound challenges.

You will also get FREE access to an industry exhibition with over 150 stands.

Who is this day suitable for?

We welcome attendance from Nurses, Doctors, Allied Health Professionals, Social Care workers, Community Health Care Commissioners and other interested professionals. When we work together we can create sustainable change and improve our delivery of community-based wound care.

Programme

This event will be facilitated by the Society of Tissue Viability in partnership with Accelerate CIC. It is set to be an exciting event for everyone who wants to develop and share their knowledge and experiences of delivering innovative wound care across community based clinical practice. We will explore a variety of wounds and skin management challenges through a series of interactive sessions.
