Delegates/exhibitors & registration

Please note that exhibitors will not be given access to the conference sessions, you must have a delegate registration to gain entry.

Exhibitor entitlements

4 m² – 2 x exhibitor places

6 – 9m² – 2 x exhibitor places & 1 x delegate place

10+ m² – 3 x exhibitor places & 1 x delegate place

These benefits are non-transferrable and no refunds will be made if they are not used. Exhibitors and delegates need to register (book tickets) via the website.

If exhibitors or delegates arrive at the conference who are not on the registration list, they MUST register and pay via the website before they are granted entry. This will inevitably cause delays.

Costs for additional exhibitors/delegates

All prices include VAT, coffee breaks, lunches and access to the exhibition. Delegates get access to the scientific sessions. There is no social or evening event included in the fees.

Exhibition build & break down times

If you arrive earlier than the times listed below, you will NOT be granted access to the exhibition area unless the hall is completely prepared to ensure there are no health & safety issues.

Build up – space only Tuesday 25 April 1100 – 1900

Build up – shell scheme Tuesday 25 April  1300 – 1900

Final dressing of all stands Wednesday 26 April 0730 – 0800

Breakdown stands Thursday 27 April 1430 – 1900 (after lunch break)

Please note: breakdown will commence at the discretion of the organisers and the venue duty manager and under no circumstances until all visitors have left the exhibition halls. 

Any exhibits, stand equipment, fixtures and fittings left in the exhibition halls after 1900 on 27 April 2023 will be discarded and any removal/disposal costs passed to the relevant exhibitor.

Coffee and lunch breaks

All delegates will be encouraged to visit the exhibition during the breaks detailed below however the exhibition will be open from 8am on both days
