Our free advanced study days promote the best practices in skin health and wound healing

Overview

This study day is a step up from our fundamentals of wound assessment and management session and provides an opportunity to hear about some of the current guidance and exciting work being undertaken across the UK to address some of the challenges faced when caring for people with wounds. The programme aims to look more closely at factors that impact on healing and will offer solutions for addressing these risks.

Who’s the advances in wound care study day suitable for?

This study day will be relevant to clinicians working directly with patients living with a wound, academics with an interest in wound care and students working in healthcare settings. This includes, Tissue viability nurses, community nurses, Practice nurses, podiatrists, specialist clinicians (vascular, dermatology, lymphoedema etc), GPs.
