Whether you're just embarking on your career or have many years experience, our educational sessions are an invaluable way of increasing your knowledge and learning from others.
Types of session
We offer regular virtual education where you can share your experience and deepen your knowledge. These include Fundamental sessions, Advanced and Service specific / specialist events.
All sessions are free to attend and, in addition include an industry showcase where you can discover the latest product innovations.

Fundamentals in…
Half day online sessions aimed at Care Assistants, General Nurses, Trained Nurses and those returning to clinical practice and wanting to update their knowledge. These sessions can count for up to 3 hours of participatory learning for NMC Revalidation.
Topics covered are:
- Fundamentals in pressure ulcer prevention and management
- Fundamentals in lower limb care
- Fundamentals in wound assessment and management
- Supported by our Industry Showcase virtual breakouts
Advanced days
- We will deliver a series of Advanced Days for Healthcare Professionals who want to delve a little deeper into certain topics. These are designed for those who are confident in wound assessment and dressing selection and for Registered Nurses and Allied Health Professionals
- These are full day virtual sessions with expert speakers and each event can count for up to 5 hours of participatory learning for your NMC Revalidation
- Topics may include lower limb, surgical site infection and more
Service specific / specialist
- Aimed at speciality /service specific areas such as Paediatrics, Mental Health etc and designed for those who are confident in wound assessment and dressing selection and for Registered Nurses and Allied Health Professionals
- These are full day virtual sessions with expert speakers and each event can count for up to 5 hours of participatory learning for your NMC Revalidation

Industry showcase
Using the Zoom video platform, you have the oppportunity to take the main stage and be featured in the programme. As the meetings are virtual, spaces are limited to ensure maximum interaction between delegates and industry (Fundamentals, half day and 3 companies, Advanced/Specialist/Service Specific, full day and 4 companies!
What you get

- Promotion in the programme and acknowledgement for your support
- The opportunity to attend the whole event to listen to our speakers and you can utilise the chat and Q&A functionality freely, many questions are always generated at these sessions
- The opportunity to include your choice of electronic material or links in a virtual ‘delegate bag’ which is sent out to attendees after the event
- A delegate list including email addresses of all those who registered and gave permission to share their contact details split by those who attended and those who didn’t
